  1. Telefonu açarken:

    • “Hello?” (Merhaba?)
    • “Good morning/afternoon/evening, [your name] speaking.” (Günaydın/İyi öğlen/İyi akşamlar, ben [adınız].)

  2. Arayan kişiye cevaplarken:

    • “May I speak to [caller’s name], please?” (Lütfen [aranan kişinin adı] ile görüşebilir miyim?)
    • “Speaking.” (Benimle konuşuyorsunuz.)

  3. Karşı taraftan birini istemek:

    • “Can I speak to [person’s name], please?” (Lütfen [kişinin adı] ile görüşebilir miyim?)
    • “Could you put me through to [person’s name], please?” (Lütfen beni [kişinin adı] ile bağlantıya geçirir misiniz?)

  4. Mesaj bırakmak:
