Present Continuous Tense Explanation and Answers

Present Continuous Tense Kullanımı:
Present continuous tense, şu anda gerçekleşmekte olan veya geçici bir durum ifade eden eylemleri anlatmak için kullanılır. Bu zaman, İngilizce’de to be yardımcı fiili (is, are, am) ve eylemin sonuna eklenen -ing takısı ile oluşturulur.

Özellikler:

  1. Yapısı:
    Subje + to be (is/are/am) + Fiil + -ing
    Örnek:

    • I am studying.
    • She is reading a book.
    • They are playing football.

  2. Olumsuz Form:
    Subje + to be (isn’t/aren’t/am not) + Fiil + -ing
    Örnek:

    • I am not eating right now.
    • He isn’t watching TV.

  3. Soru Formu:
    To be + Subje + Fiil + -ing?
    Örnek:

    • Are you listening to the teacher?
    • Is she running in the park?
