I’m a student at Houston High School and I have a trip to different places every two months. I would rather visit historic (1) destinations because they are more interesting. To me, historical (2) architecture is more impressive than modern buildings. My favorite holiday (3) destination is Egypt because of its (4) ancient history. There are lots of tourist (5) attractions in Egypt such as the pyramids of Giza, Egyptian Museum and Karnak Temples. Last month I was in Cairo, the capital of Egypt with my friends and I stayed in a(n) (6) all-inclusive hotel. It was very comfortable and it had a (7) fascinating view of the River Nile. We visited the Egyptian museum and saw the mummies. Then we explored the pyramids and learnt a lot about Egyptian (8) culture – their way of life and beliefs in the past. It was really amazing!
