    • The children tidied their bedroom last weekend. (Past simple)

  6. Max: Hello! Can I talk to Carla?

    • Beth: I’m sorry, she has just left. (Present perfect simple)

  7. We (buy) our house in 2001.

    • We bought our house in 2001. (Past simple)

  8. We (not be) to the cinema for ages.

    • We haven’t been to the cinema for ages. (Present perfect simple)

  9. I (start) learning French two years ago.

    • I started learning French two years ago. (Past simple)

  10. They (watch) the football match yesterday.

    • They watched the football match yesterday. (Past simple)

Bu şekilde, uygun şekilde “geçmiş zaman” veya “present perfect tense” kullanarak cümleleri tamamladık. Verilen ipuçlarına ve cümlelerin anlamlarına göre hangi zamanın uygun olacağını dikkate aldım.
